KCCL company was founded in 2008 by four partners; Levent Kurtcebe, Veysel Cakir, Selran Cakir, Greg Laughlin.

Our main business activities are investment and financial advisory services for companies in need of funding.

We service both listed and private companies in M&A, private equity funding, bridge loans, IPO, SPO, and investor relations.

KCCL advises foreign companies and institutions on cooperating and investing in the Turkish Market, through our partners and offices in Istanbul, Dubai and Washington DC.

KCCL Inc was established in 2008 to provide business strategy and financial consulting services to American, European and Gulf Companies. Also during 2008, KCCL established strategic alliances with British and American investment banks thus expanding its consulting services to its Turkish clients including cross-border M&A, share-swap and IPO listings in Turkish and European Stock Exchanges.

Since its founding, KCCL has provided advisory services critical to the international business development, operations management, and financing of foreign entities in the Turkish Market and KCCL has successfully located funding, licensing, technology transfer, manufacturing, and distribution partners for its clients. KCCL has made private placements for emerging technology companies from the IC design, wireless communications, MEMS-based sensor, nanotechnology, healthcare and bioinformatics industries.
